13. Camping Trip

The Girls were doing quite well at school with both of
them on the honor roll

However there was some bad news awaiting the girls
 when they arrived home

Kaylee came out to great them when they got off
the bus - she hadn't done that in ages

"Girls i need to talk to you, I have some bad news" Kaylee begun

"Sixam died whilst you were at school today,
I'm sorry girls" Kaylee said

Briyanna ran inside and mourned her beloved pet

"Cheer up Briyanna we knew this day was coming, birds don't live
 as long as we do and Sixam lived to a nice old age" Kaylee said
 comforting Briyanna

"Ok then mum, your right" Briyanna said

As a special tribute to Sixam the next day the whole
 family jumped in the car

They drove up to a small park and buried Sixam
 - Leo came along to support Briyanna

"I'm sorry to hear about your bird, but i am
certain he has gone to a better place" Leo said

"Thanks for being here tonight Leo" Briyanna said

The Radfords still kept the bird perch however
 it was sad and empty

The girls still had to go to School if they wanted to keep
their grades up

After school both Leo and Nigel come home with the girls

I got Kaylee to paint a portrait of Sean, i think it looks good

"Mum, Briyanna and i were wondering if we could all go camping
 this weekend with the guys" Isabella asked

"I'm not sure Issy, maybe if your father went as well
 then i can be sure you are safe" Kaylee said

"That's cool, it would be fun if dad came along" Issy said

The 4 teens were still happy chatting and
watching TV when Sean came home from work

"The Girls want to go camping this weekend with the boys,
i said you would need to go with them if they
 wanted to go" Kaylee said

"I'd be more than happy to go, i haven't been camping since
 my parents took me to China" Sean said

"So you guys want to go camping?" Sean said as he sat down
on the spare beanbag chair

"Yeah, if thats ok" Briyanna said

"We want to head down to a small fishing hole near the edge
 of Starlight shores for the night" Briyanna explained "It will just 
be Me, Leo, Issy, Nigel, Leo's friend Sam and you"

"Ok, I'll come it will be fun"

The boys quickly headed home before curfew

Whilst Briyanna and Isabella went to bed

The next morning the girls had their last meal at home
before their camping trip

"This camping trip will be so much fun" Isabella said clapping
 her hands

After getting everything ready Isabella, Briyanna and
 Sean headed out to the park

The boys were already there when they arrived

"Did you bring any food" Sam asked
"Nope, but you can get food here. I'll show you" Sean answered

Everyone split up into little groups - enjoying the afternoon

Sean was showing Sam how to catch some fish for dinner

The girls Isabella and Briyanna were having a
rock skimming contest

and Leo and Nigel were just chatting

Sean showed everyone how to properly cool a fish over an open flame
"Come on guys you might wan't to start cooking
before the sun goes down" he said

after a while everyone was bust cooking up the
fish that Sean and Sam had caught

I don't think Sean likes his fish

"Fishing was a great idea" Sam said

"as long as you can find some fish you will never starve,
my Father taught that to me when we were
camping in China" Sean said

"This park is nice we should do this again sometime" Leo said

They sat around the fire until the sun went down

Everyone was still cooking marshmellows

"I think it's time for everyone to go to bed" Sean said

Nigel didn't like that idea and he ran over to the pond

Eventually everyone was getting tired

The girls took the first tent, Nigel and Sean where in the second
 tent and Leo and Sam shared the last tent

Everyone climbed in and went to sleep

after a while Briyanna got up and went over to the fire

Leo heard her and went to join her

"Its nice here at night" Leo said

"It is nice, but i think my tent was set up on rock, i
can't get to sleep" Briyanna complained 

Sam got up, but he didn't look well

"you ok man" Leo said "you don't look so good"

With that Sam took off

Leo and Briyanna followed

"NO NO NO!" Sam yelled

Sam howled as he transformed into a werewolf

his werewolf mind was wild and he attacked Briyanna

Leo jumped in the way and pulled out his wand
"I'm sorry Sam, but i can't let you hurt her" Leo said

He cast a fire blast spell at his friend

After than Sam took off

Leo hung his head as he faced Briyanna

"I'm so sorry i should of told you earlier" Leo said

"It's ok, that you are a witch and i understand why you didn't
 tell me, people must treat you differently if they knew so you kept it a secret" Briyanna said

"Thanks for understanding, i never wanted to lie" Leo said "i would
 appreciate it if you wouldn't tell anyone"

"I promise i won't tell anyone" Briyanna said giving him a hug

After that Leo and Briyanna went to sleep

(The next morning)
"Up we get guys" Sean yelled

"Hey Leo, do you know where Sam is, I didn't see him get up
 with everyone else." Sean said

"Yes, he had to leave early to umm... get to work." Leo said

After that Sean decided to take them all out for breakfast.
before taking them home
